1. About videopop.pro
videopop.pro is a platform that allows experts and creators to build AI-powered personas trained on their knowledge, and allows subscribers to access those personas via live video avatar conversations. By using videopop.pro you agree to these terms.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use videopop.pro. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older.
3. For Creators
Creators are experts who build AI personas on videopop.pro. By becoming a creator you agree to: (a) provide accurate information about your expertise; (b) not impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications; (c) not create personas that provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice that requires a license; (d) not create adult, explicit, or harmful content; (e) allow videopop.pro to remove personas that violate these terms. Creators receive 80% of all subscriber payments. videopop.pro retains 20% as a platform fee. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect and deposited directly to your connected bank account. videopop.pro makes no guarantee of earnings. Custom avatar slots are limited based on platform capacity — availability is not guaranteed.
4. For Subscribers
Subscribers pay to access creator AI personas. By subscribing you understand: (a) AI personas are not real people — they are AI systems trained on a real person's knowledge and communication style; (b) conversations with AI personas are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice; (c) session time is measured from the moment a session starts, regardless of whether you are actively speaking; (d) one-time payments grant access for up to 12 months; (e) monthly subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; (f) refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@videopop.pro within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Session Time and Limits
Talk time is measured from the moment a session starts until it ends. Sessions automatically end after a period of inactivity to prevent waste. Purchased talk time does not roll over between sessions. Monthly subscribers receive a set amount of talk time per month as specified in their subscription tier.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not use videopop.pro to: create or access adult or explicit content; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; impersonate real people without their consent; provide unlicensed professional advice in regulated fields; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to circumvent platform security or payment systems.
7. Privacy and Data
Your conversations with AI personas are private and encrypted. videopop.pro does not sell your conversation data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and use.
8. HIPAA-Ready Infrastructure
videopop.pro is built on HIPAA-ready infrastructure (Anam AI, Supabase). However, videopop.pro is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Creators in regulated healthcare fields are responsible for their own compliance obligations. If you require a formal Business Associate Agreement, contact support@videopop.pro.
9. Platform Availability
videopop.pro uses third-party services including Anam AI for avatar streaming, Stripe for payments, and Anthropic Claude for AI responses. Service availability depends on these providers. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Concurrent session availability is limited by our platform plan — during peak usage, sessions may be queued.
10. Platform Changes
videopop.pro reserves the right to change pricing, features, and terms with reasonable notice. Revenue share rates for creators may change with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
videopop.pro is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to videopop.pro in the 30 days prior to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
